Concerning the use of the Remote Assistance Applications

  • Softrex-Consulting offers customers with an interactive utility as a support option.
  • By running this application you authorize our Softrex-Consulting agent to trouble-shoot your problems by taking temporary control of your computer. Your authorization will allow the agent to access your computer via remote control.
  • You agree that Softrex-Consulting is not liable for any claims or damages stemming from our agent's efforts, and you acknowledge that the terms of service, including all limitations of liability, apply to these trouble-shooting efforts.
  • If you do not agree, simply do not run our application and our agent will not be granted remote access to your PC.
